Standard: $100/session
Supported: $75/session
Pay-it-forward: $125/session

Personalized programs that build on each other each session
In person (at your home) or virtual 55-minute sessions
Frequency: multiple times a week, weekly, or every other week*
At each session, we’ll warm up and check in for the first 5-10 minutes, and then strength train for 30-40 minutes
Additional independent programming available for a flat monthly fee
*I ask that clients without an existing strength training practice train with me weekly for our first month working together so that we can build a solid foundation.

Monthly one-on-one sessions to check in and progress your workouts
I’m available to answer questions feedback throughout the month

You prefer to exercise independently but would appreciate periodic one-on-one sessions that are focused on fine-tuning specific movements
